Partnership Information

Tri-Town seeks partnerships that clearly advance youth learning, environmental stewardship, entrepreneurship, outreach, reuse, or long-term community stability.

Partnership process

  1. Define the need, participants, intended outcome, and relationship to the mission.
  2. Confirm program status, leadership, capacity, budget, schedule, location, and safety requirements.
  3. Document responsibilities in a written agreement when the relationship involves shared space, youth supervision, money, equipment, branding, data, media, or intellectual property.
  4. Set reporting, communication, cancellation, and review expectations.

Ways to support

Partners may sponsor a student, classroom, semester, reptile education visit, equipment, transportation/access, or provide professional and in-kind services. Final amounts should be based on documented delivery costs and a written scope.

Current partnership status

Crystal Soul Cosplay is a confirmed partner. Work with Anne Arundel County Recreation and Parks is described as a developing relationship until finalized. Evolutions Games is the correct name of the partner business referenced in program scheduling.
