Discord & Electronic Communication Standards
Discord and other online channels can help families receive updates and build community. They are not substitutes for official enrollment, emergency reporting, or confidential records.
Core rules
- Be respectful. No harassment, bullying, hate speech, sexual content, threats, doxxing, or illegal activity.
- Do not post a minor’s address, school schedule, medical information, passwords, financial data, or other sensitive information.
- Do not arrange private in-person meetings with minors through the server.
- Adults should avoid private direct messages with minors for program business; use parent/guardian-inclusive or approved group communication.
- Follow moderator instructions and report concerning content promptly.
Moderation and records
Moderators may remove content, restrict access, preserve information needed to review a concern, or refer serious matters to program leadership or appropriate authorities. Online participation can be suspended when conduct threatens safety or the program environment.
Emergencies and confidential matters
Do not use Discord for emergencies. Call emergency services for immediate danger. Use info@tritownrevival.org or 410-831-9505 for program concerns. Sensitive details should be shared only through the approved process identified by leadership.
